Please note that Enitan London, currently provides a made to order service only. This means garments are created specifically for customers, only once an order has been placed.

Enitan London will be happy to refund or alter items within 28 days of original shipment.

Refunds and alterations will only be processed within 28 days of the date of purchase.

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition in order for a refund to be processed.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately on info@enitanlondon.com to advise.

As we offer a bespoke custom service, if you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel your order please email info@enitanlondon.com
