- We recommend you wash your mask with warm soapy water before initial use and after every use before wearing it again.
- You don’t need to wash your mask differently than your other laundry because the soap in detergent should destroy any viruses

Made to Order
Please note that Enitan London, is a made to order brand. This means items are specifically created for you, once your order has been placed and funds are received. This means we can create clothes to your specific measurements, and may also be able to customise and provide a bespoke design depending on your request.
To provide your measurements, when placing your order, please add your measurements in the notes section. You may also choose to provide measurements after purchasing, by emailing info@enitanlondon.com with your order number in the subject line. Please ensure this email is sent within 2 hours from the time your order is placed.
If measurements are not provided, clothes will be made as per our standard size chart see here.
Production
Garments are made by hand in our London based studio. Items usually take 1-3 weeks to be created. During busy periods this may take longer, however we will notify you by email, if we believe this will exceed the stated production time.
DISPATCH
UK SHIPPING:
During the billing process, you may select one of the following Royal Mail delivery methods. Please note shipping times apply from the date your order is dispatched from our studio.
•Standard Shipping - signed for delivery £3.90 (2-3 working days). For standard delivery, items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery. This means items are usually delivered within 2-3 working days, however this is a guideline provided by Royal Mail, and in rare occasions shipping times may exceed this. Please note a signature will be required upon receipt. This is not a trackable service, therefore status updates as the parcel travels through the Royal Mail network, will not be visible. However a receipt scan showing the item has been received into the network, and a scan showing the goods have been delivered, will be visible.
•Express Shipping - signed for delivery £4.40 (1-2 working days). For standard delivery, items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. This means items are usually delivered within 1-2 working days, however this is a guideline provided by Royal Mail, and in rare occasions shipping times may exceed this. Please note a signature will be required upon receipt. This is not a trackable service, therefore status updates as the parcel travels through the Royal Mail network, will not be visible. However a receipt scan showing the item has been received into the network, and a scan showing the goods have been delivered, will be visible.
•Guaranteed Next Day Delivery: £8.55 (delivery charges may vary according to the size of your order). Available Monday to Friday, except bank holidays (UK Only). Items dispatched on Friday using this service will not be delivered until the following Monday. Please note that this service guarantees delivery the next working day. This service is a trackable service and will show update scans as the items progresses through the Royal Mail network.
If you are not present to accept the delivery, the driver will leave a card through your door informing you of his attempt to deliver your parcel. A contact number will be provided on the card along with details of how to collect your parcel from your nearest depot, or how to re-arrange delivery.
LOST ITEMS
•We are not responsible for items once they have been posted.
•Items sent via 1st class (signed for) post should arrive the next working day.
According to Royal Mail's postage policy items sent via 1st class post can take up to 10 working days to arrive. If your item has not arrived 10 days after the item has been posted, please let us know and we will provide you with all the information you need to make a lost postage claim to Royal Mail. It is the customers responsibility to make a lost postage claim with Royal Mail to recover the cost of the order. We will not issue a refund for the lost item.
•Please note Royal Mail will only issue compensation of up to £50 to cover the cost of the lost item. If you wish to purchase additional postage compensation when placing your order, please contact us at info@enitanlondon.com.
•Items sent via 2nd class ( signed for) post should arrive 3 days after posting. Please refer to the above lost postage policy. A lost postage claim can be made 10 working days after posting.
•Items sent via Special Guaranteed delivery should arrive the next working day (on or before the time specified). Please refer to the above lost postage policy. A lost postage claim can be made 5 working days after posting. Postage compensation can also be claimed for delayed items that do not arrive on the specified date using the 'Special Guaranteed deliver' service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
•Items sent via 'Europe Standard Shipping' and 'Europe Tracked and signed' should take 5- 7 working days.
•Items sent via 'International Standard Shipping' and ' International Tracked and signed' should take 5-10 working days.
•If your item has not arrived 10 days after the final delivery date, please let us know and we will provide you with all the information you need to make a lost postage claim to Royal Mail. It is the customers responsibility to make a lost postage claim with Royal Mail to recover the cost of the order. We will not issue a refund for the lost item.

•If your item is held by your country's customs, it is your responsibility to pay any additional fees or taxes to have the item released.
Please note that Enitan London, currently provides a made to order service only. This means garments are created specifically for customers, only once an order has been placed.
Enitan London will be happy to refund or alter items within 28 days of original shipment.
Refunds and alterations will only be processed within 28 days of the date of purchase.
All items must be returned unused and in their original condition in order for a refund to be processed.
